A woman enters a museum. She strolls through the galleries full of portraits and landscapes, nothing that really captures her attention. She somehow feels like a fish out of water in this place, distant from everything that gravitates around her life, even from herself. A painting awaits her. Standing before it, the woman is subjugated, blown away, transfigured. She is going through an almost mystical experience, an emotional overflow which she thought the source had dried up long ago. For just a brief moment, she becomes aware of her life … looking at the painting, perhaps the most beautiful painting in the world.
